Programs Policy:

I agree to receive iFuture Academy's e-mails containing news, newsletters, updates and promotions regarding iFuture Academy's programs, products and events. I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting iFuture Academy .I give iFuture Academy permission to photograph or videotape my child/children for security and promotional purposes.I acknowledge that, if I decide to withdraw my child from any iFuture programs/classes before the program ends, no partial refunds will be made. If there are post-dated cheques for the subsequent programs / periods only this will be returned. I also acknowledge that there are no refunds on the "Registration Fee" and "Student Material fee".If cancelled in 2 weeks prior to the program start : No Refund. If cancelled before 2 weeks the program start there will be refund , only $50 processing fee will be applied.I also acknowledge that I am only entitled to a certain number of free make-up classes and free transfers for time slots.Lessons not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be forfeited.
Students not attending lessons for a period of 2 months, without appropriate arrangements,may forfeit the balance of their lessons.*

Medical Treatment:

The Parent(s) Authorizes iFuture Academy, in the event of an emergency, to use its reasonable discretion, on behalf of the undersigned, the undersigned`s child(ren) or associated spectator(s) participating in or attending at one of the iFuture Academy`s current or future programs, in rendering first aid treatments and/or arranging for emergency medical care(including hospitalization), at the expense of the undersigned.*

The Parent(s) Releases iFuture Academy Corporation and all affiliates, successors, directors and officers and heirs thereof, and/or the facility student(s) attend lessons and/or events from all claims and liabilities whatsoever arising from participation in or attendance at one or more of iFuture Academy`s current or future programs by the undersigned, the undersigned`s child(ren) or any associated spectator(s).*
